Vehicle classes allow you to offer different types of delivery vehicles to your customers (e.g., bike, car, van, truck).

We've set up a single "SUV" class for you by default. You can edit it, delete it, or add more vehicle classes below.

Why Service Offerings?

Service offerings let you provide different delivery speeds and service levels to your customers (e.g., Same Day, Next Day, Express). Each service can have its own surcharge and availability schedule.

We've set up "Same-Day" and "Rush" services for you by default. You can edit, add, or delete services below.

Pricing Settings

How Pricing Works

By default, pricing is set up such that customers are charged $30/hr of driver time, plus 50 cents per Kilometer. There is also a minimum price of $20.00 per order in the case that the calculated rate is less than $20.00

All of these pricing parameters are editable by clicking on the edit button below, or you can edit this later on the "Settings" tab in your account.

Default Pricing Configuration

Service Time Per Stop: 10 minutes

Rate Per Minute: 50¢ ($30.00/hour)

Rate Per Kilometer: 50¢

Minimum Route Price: $20.00
